Our Team
ROBIN LEWIS founded Options Therapy & Wellness, LLC after having served as a licensed professional counselor in a variety of roles; including as a therapist, school counselor, clinical supervisor, program director, and organizational administrator. For over twenty-five years, she has worked with children, adults and families within non-profit agencies, public and private schools, domestic violence shelters, residential treatment, and managed care organizations. Robin's areas of expertise are in working with individuals, families and couples to help them improve their relationships, reduce stressors, and increase coping skills to manage barriers to mental health and wellness. Robin works individually with children, teens and adults, provides family therapy, teaches parenting skills and co-parenting techniques to support children's mental health, and consults with other professionals; such as psychiatrists and school administrators and teachers. She is experienced in working with foster and adoptive youth related to healing from trauma and establishing positive relationships with caretakers. Robin conducts trainings for parents and teachers about a variety of topics to support the healthy development of children and teens. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona; with a major in Psychology and a minor in Deaf Studies, and her Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Gallaudet University. She is licensed in three states; as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC 4921) in Oregon, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MFC 38013) in California, and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC 10914) in Arizona. In addition, she is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC 45067).
